General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and instant delivery of audit reports, we do not offer refunds once the service has been successfully delivered.

Refund Eligibility

However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same audit
  • Technical Failure: If the audit report was not generated due to a system error on our end
  • Incorrect Service Delivery: If there was a system error that resulted in incorrect service delivery

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase with:

  • Your payment receipt or transaction ID
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • A description of the issue

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria, including but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with audit findings (the report accurately reflects our analysis)
  • Requests made after 48 hours of purchase
  • Cases where the report was successfully generated and delivered
  • Uploading non-Solidity or improperly formatted code
